The debugging of the computer monitoring system shall meet the following requirements:
①The quantity, model and rated parameters of the computer monitoring system equipment should meet the design requirements, and the grounding should be reliable.
②The commissioning can be carried out in accordance with the relevant chapters of “Code for Design of Computer Monitoring System for Hydropower Plants” DL/T5065.
③The functions of remote signaling, telemetry, remote control and remote adjustment should be accurate and reliable
④ The anti-misoperation function of the computer monitoring system should be accurate and reliable.
⑤ The functions of setting value reading, modification and setting group switching of the computer monitoring system should be correct.
⑥ The main-standby switching function of the computer monitoring system shall meet the technical requirements.
The debugging of the relay protection system shall meet the following requirements:
①When debugging, it can be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of DL/T995 “Inspection Regulations for Relay Protection and Power Grid Safety Automatic Devices”.
②When the relay protection device is debugged, the functions of the switch-in, switch-out, sampling and other components should be correct, and the calibration setting should be correct; when the switch simulates the protection action in the closed state, the switch should trip, and the protection action should be accurate, Reliable, the action time should meet the requirements.
③When debugging the whole group of relay protection, check that the actual relay protection action logic is consistent with the preset relay protection logic strategy.
④ The realization of functions such as communication and interaction within the station of the relay protection information management system at the station control layer should be correct; the realization of functions such as communication and interaction between the relay protection information management system at the station control layer and the remote master station should be correct.
⑤ The debugging records should be complete and accurate.
The debugging of the telecontrol communication system shall meet the following requirements:
①The power supply of the telecontrol communication device should be stable and reliable.
②The signal channel from the remote control device in the station to the remote control device of the dispatcher should be debugged, stable and reliable.
③ The dispatcher’s remote signaling, telemetry, remote control, and remote adjustment functions should be accurate and reliable, and should meet the special requirements of the local power grid department.
④The main-standby switching function of the telecontrol system shall meet the technical requirements.
The commissioning of the electric energy information management system shall meet the following requirements:
①The configuration of the electric energy collection system should meet the regulations of the local power grid department.
② The specifications, models and accuracy of the main and sub-meters of photovoltaic power station gateway metering should be the same; they should be verified by the local power measurement and testing department, and a specific report should be issued.
③ The CTPT of the gateway meter of the photovoltaic power station shall pass the verification of the local power measurement and testing department, and issue a specific report.
④Before the photovoltaic power station is put into operation, the watt-hour meter should be sealed and sealed by the local power metering department.
⑤ The electricity information of the photovoltaic power station should be reflected to the local power metering center in real time and accurately.
The commissioning of the uninterruptible power supply system shall meet the following requirements:
①The switching function between the main power supply bypass power supply and the DC power supply of the intermittent power supply should be accurate and reliable, and the abnormal alarm function should be correct.
②The computer monitoring system should reflect the operation data and status of the uninterruptible power supply in real time and accurately.
The safety protection and debugging of the secondary system shall meet the following requirements:
①Secondary system security protection should be mainly composed of physical isolation devices and firewalls at the station control layer, which should be able to realize the network security protection function of the automation system.
② The operation functions and parameters of the equipment related to the safety protection of the secondary system shall meet the requirements.
③ The security protection operation of the secondary system should be consistent with the preset security strategy.
